“We hired them for a complete kitchen remodel. The estimate was comparable to the others that we received. However, what set them apart was their communication and honesty. It was very easy to communicate with them at all hours. They were always responsive and respectful. Adam and the team will do whatever they can to make sure the project is done exactly how you want. Any issues that came up were immediately handled by the crew. The communication was outstanding and the work was professionally done. We had a minor plumbing issue after the project was completed and Adam took care of it immediately. I would highly recommend HTZ Construction.”

“Sonrise Construction designed and added a 1500 square foot, two-story addition to our existing 2200 square foot Arts and Crafts style home. The original structure was built in 1923, and one of our major objectives was to match the new construction to the old part of the house. Both inside and out, Sonrise exceeded our expectations with their ability to blend old and new. Windows, doors, sidings and trims were all sourced and matched to the original materials. Also as part of our project, Sonrise re-roofed our entire home and retrofit central air conditioning into the original section of our house. The sub-contractors under them were top notch, and everyone was very adaptable to changes that we wanted or needed to make during the construction process. We had heard good things about Sonrise prior to working with them, and we were not disappointed.”

“My family has had SBV due several projects over the years at our home in Akron . Complete Kitchen remodel, rooms gutted out and redone, & this past year custom built wood fence. Very trustworthy, excellent craftsmanship, & very nice guys. They are very meticulous and make sure we are happy with the project before final payment is due. Their workmanship is worth the money spent to improve your property. We really love these guys!! We have recommended them to neighbors who have also been extremely happy with the completed work.”

“Beautiful Basements did a fantastic job remodeling our basement. The work was done on time, using quality materials, the employees were not only courteous and efficient, but also seemed to be genuinely interested in the final product. They renewed the walls, floor and ceilings, lighting, bathroom fixtures, windows and painted every surface. The result produced two brand new livable areas for recreation and exercise. “We have had two major projects completed with the Alberino Team within 5 years! The first job was an extensive remodel and reconfiguring of a 1956 home to update and give the place a new look and feel with custom features throughout. The second job was pretty much a complete gutting of the entire home including all plumbing, electric, furnace, ducts, insulation, etc. after fire and water damaged the property. The core Alberino team is stable, professional, and dedicated. Each team member is an expert in their part of the job and committed to making sure the work is exactly the way you want it. Joe Alberino and his fellow team member, Dan, are wonderful tradesmen and both made many beautiful custom pieces for our home. The company tradesmen are up to date on installing all the latest trends as well as being equipped to restore historical work on older homes. They will stay in your discussed budget and give you an accurate timeline. We hired them twice due to the workmanship and professionalism. They work well as a team and their many years working together shows in the way they get the job completed within the timeframe discussed.”

“We were very pleased with the overall quality and service we received from Brian St. Jean and Infinity Homes & Remodeling. Our project consisted of reconstructing an outdated stone wall, fireplace and mantel in our family room. Brian brought my wife's vision for the new look to reality. We were very pleased with the quality and craftsmanship of the new wood mantel and stone work. Throughout the project Brian and his crew showed up when we expected them, kept the work area clean and minimized disruption to the rest of the house, and completed the work on time. He was very patient and fair when we made changes during the project. We love the way the project turned out and will be calling him again for our next project.
