“DesignerBuilders has worked at my house on several occasions over the last half-dozen years (date below refers to the beginning of the first and largest occasion), performing such tasks as completely renovating a bedroom and bathroom, chimney-flashing repair, exterior and interior painting, storm-window replacement, and small excavation work and foundation pouring. The owner provides written estimates and bills and makes certain that the work is accomplished in a timely manner (which of course may be dependent upon the pace of suppliers and subcontractors). He and all employees are courteous and trustworthy, and all are extraordinarily knowledgeable about their jobs. The owner is well aware and enthusiastic about environmental impacts.”

“The work was a bathroom remodel which involved moving a wall, moing electricity, and moving plumbing. We also had a wall of custom cabinetry installed i. The bedroom. The time estimate given by the contractors was pretty accurate. We knew each week what to expect. The workers were all respectful and did good work. I would definitely hire this company again when I am ready to do more remodeling.”

“My contact has only been with Cassidy Cook. I will have to say he has been the nicest fellow I ever worked with in my life. He has been knowledgeable and kind and has explained every detail as we went along. He is what they call a Gentleman and a scholar. He pulled up pictures of shower stalls when I had questions on what kind to get and he has shown me inch by inch from the ground up while this was being built. He did things I asked special for such as a wider island and extra cabinets. Whenever I had a question he got back with me right away. He is a very good listener and does what he says he is going to do. If he can't do it he will say so.”

“I noticed a beautiful deck and patio in my neighborhood and knocked on their door to ask who their contractor was. They gave me Carter Bender's name with glowing praise so I gave Bender Construction a call. My call was returned quickly and within a week we had the plans for interior bookshelves/fireplace surround, bath remodeling, a deck, patio and fire pit in our hands. Carter Bender, the owner, has been extremely professional and knowledgeable throughout our project. He is also very creative and added upon the great ideas we had given him. He maintains a very neat work area which is always a plus and keeps the project right on schedule. Very high quality materials are used but when we started getting away from our budget, other options were presented to us. I am a very picky homeowner and decorator and Bender Construction met my expeditions every step of the way. I would highly recommend Bender Construction for any indoor or outdoor building project.”
