“We hired Robbins Construction on two separate occasions. The house we purchased is older and not well taken care of by previous owners. We needed foundation support and entire floors rebuilt in half of our house, including both bathrooms, laundry room and kitchen. These were big projects and Steve was happy and willing to give me an estimate months before so that we could save enough. Each job took less than a week. We had the same crew for each time, which is great! We got to know the guys very well and knew they were familiar with our house and the work it needed. Robbins Construction is trustworthy, relaible and honest! We have a few more things to do to our house in the future and we would not trust anyone else to work on our house and any future home projects if we ever move. Steve has also been able to recommend other service providers when we have needed an electrician and a new hvac tech when ours failed to do a reliable job. I can always count on Robbins Construction!”

“We were looking for a flooring company and I thought I would try Houzz. Jason was the first to reply and worked with us as far as our budget and was on site when he promised. His crew worked late in order to get the job done. “Recently, the water hose to our dishwasher ruptured and flooded several rooms in our house. After the water remediation was completed, we were recommended to work with Higher Rock to repair our baseboards, patch some walls, and do a lot of painting. We are grateful for that recommendation. Higher Rock Construction was open and honest about everything they were doing; they responded honestly and promptly to all of our questions and phone calls; they showed up to work when they told us they were going to show up; their estimate was spot-on and they do an incredible job. “I was impressed with Handyman Matters owner, Steve Langton from our first meeting. He brought a craftsman with him who attended to surveying the work space while he listened very attentively to what we wanted done. The repairs were for a vacation home and so were done without us being there. Steve sent us pictures of the work as it was completed, and kept us informed in all matters. When we returned several weeks later, we found everything was done to our high standards. I would not hesitate to call an Steve again, or to recommend him to others.”
