The project required an engineered solution to meet our needs of adding two rooms over our garage, drywall, finishing of the garage, installation of upgraded HVAC to meet the larger house size, new stucco, new eavestrophing, fascia, soffit, new finishings in all upper floor. “Rod Wolff and his highly competent team of professional contractors provided us a comfort level not experienced in several previous home renovation projects we have taken on. Our project involved every discipline in house renovations from footings and heated concrete floors to complete teardown of building interior up to and rebuilding; including finishing carpentry. We anticipated issues marrying new to old. Rod's ability to communicate and bring trades and owner's together to problem solve resulted in a working environment that focused on the end goal. Rod understands the big picture and seeks to find balance in everything he does; presenting a clear picture for everyone to understand.
