After the first meeting with Yair the company G.C, the office has scheduled a second meeting with the company interior designer that helped us to creat on a 3D the beautiful kitchen that we were dreaming about. The construction phase was smooth as possible for a project on this scale and I was always comfortable in the process knowing that Yair will be able to handle any obstacle that may arise. The kitchen we have today is a masterpiece and you see the love and attention in every detail in the room. “We wanted to remodel part of our basement and had several contractors come out to provide a bid. We ended up going with Christensen Contractors, Inc because of their professionalism, the options they provided us and the price the quoted was very reasonable. Throughout the process we had constant communication with Don the owner. He was always courteous and available. The crew that did the work were also professional and did an excellent job. The job went extremely well and was better than what we expected. There were never any hidden costs and the job came in on the agreed upon budget. We are extremely pleased with the work of Don’s company and will hire them again for any future work needed.”

“I’m an Architect who hired NRC to complete a complicated whole-house remodel on my 1902 home. Architects are likely some of the scariest clients for a General Contractor and NRC performed admirably and professionally. The level of craftsmanship is outstanding and I always felt like their team truly cared for the project and went out of their way to make things spectacular. “Zia Construction has our highest recommendation! Adam and Fred came out to our place in North Bend last year to build a new deck for us. Their craftsmanship was excellent, plus they are great people to work with! We liked their work so much that after finishing the deck we had them back a second time for another project, which was to refurbish our existing deck to match the railing style of the deck they had just finished. Great work, and well worth the cost (which was very reasonable)! Will have them back again for our next project.”

“A job well done under less than ideal circumstances, namely, using my materials under my direction. I needed someone with experience with Schleuter waterproof membrane and shower pan kit. I had bought all the materials and the local Schleuter dealer recommended J&C Contractors. J&C complied with all my requests with professionalism and respect. “Reg Willing and his team at Urban Restoration did an amazing job on our kitchen and bathroom remodel. He completed the project on time, stayed on budget and was a pleasure to work with. As it was my first experience with a remodel he talked me through the planning and gave me a detailed schedule of the work to be done including the timeline. His employees were easy to have in my home. Based on our first experience, we decided to hire Urban Restoration again when we wanted to remodel our backyard deck and again we were totally satisfied.
