“Ron Lucas totally remodeled our master bath, which was dark and outdated and gave the feeling that it was small and cramped. My husband and I basically knew what we wanted in a remodeled, updated 1973 bathroom, which still had original everything, down to paint. Our problem was finding someone with a creative vision of how to accomodate our needs in a creative, fresh way without adding additional footage and Ron visualed how we could. We opted to tear out sheet rock, ceiling, tile, fixtures, lighting, etc. He always presented ideas to us, right down to the smallest details, and we selected what would work best for us and our lifestyle. After Ron's first visit, where we decided on the work we wanted done, he presented us with an itemized budget. Every step of the way, Ron told us where we were, financially. There were no surprises at the completion of the project! We really like that! Ron has a professional and accommodating staff. Before they started the project, they came in and covered furniture and floors to limit the amount of dust and wear-and-tear on areas of our home affected by the remodel. After completion of the project, a cleaning crew came in and set areas back as they were. Ron made sure that we were satisfied with the end result. Also, his other staff were of exceptional character and integrity. They worked as quickly as possible and their work was excellent. His cabinet shop built the cabinetry that we wanted. Our vanity is exceptionally beautiful and custom made. Now, as we enter our master bath, there is an airy,open feel. We have made the best organized use of existing space. Our highest recommendation goes to R LUCAS Construction and Design!”

“Les Talley and his associates at the Talley Company did a wonderful job on the renovation of my 1945 bungalow. Les is always professional but fun to deal with, as well. He has followed up with me since the completion of my remodel and I know that I can call him with any concerns or questions. His subs are very capable and all did a great job. They always cleaned up at the end of each day! I would highly recommend the Talley Company to anyone.”

“Bought a house in need of SERIOUS updating, RBC removed the wallpaper and carpet throughout and replaced with Hardwood and paint. Had them repaint the exterior and replace some wrotten window seals. Love the results! Professional throughout, really appreciated the attention to detail and keeping the job site as clean as possible. The kitchen and master bath are next!”
