“We first decided what work was to be done and a contract was signed that was specific about the work so we both knew what to expect. The work requested was redo 2 bathrooms, replace front windows and back door and repair a shed. They began work when they stated they would and worked steady to finish on time. The workmen were considerate and told me what they were going to work on. I would hire them again without hesitation. I love the final result and pleased with the quality of the work.”

“We spent a year searching for someone to build a large unique custom home and are lucky to have found JLS Construction. Although our home is not yet complete we could not be happier with our choice. “I worked with Michael and Dynasty Contracting on some projects around my house from finishing a basement, painting rooms, removing a mantle and generally making my house ready to go. The work was done right and on time! He communicated with me throughout the process and was always on time. I would (have) highly recommend Michael and Dynasty Contracting to anyone wanting to do updates or additions to their home. I already have some new projects ready for him!”

As a design professional, I love good design, and Tom’s team lived up to my high expectations. From the very beginning, Tom spent the time necessary to make us feel at home with each step of the remodel. He listened carefully, discussing our needs, providing design ideas and options, and promptly answering all of our questions. His estimate was realistic and he thoughtfully addressed every aspect of the project. “I hired Total Home to replace the windows in my new house. The builder put in cheap windows and wouldn't even upgrade them for $. Once I moved in, I had Total Home come out and replace the windows with nice double panes. The team was very professional, fast and clean. When they were done, it looked like the build had intended to includ them the whole time. Great job, highly recommended!!!”

“I have worked with Aldrich Contracting for about 4 years. They have remodeled our kitchen, master bedroom/bath, living room/dining room/office and basement. The basement was totally unfinished, and they drew up the plans - as I had no idea of how it should look! They are scheduled to start on our upstairs bedrooms/baths in January. So - after that project - they will have updated - or remodeled - our entire house! They are very professional and very easy to work with. All of their staff and the contractors that they hire are wonderful. You have to feel very comfortable with the people that are working in your house. They have been on target on the projected start and finish dates and are very aware of the budget and make you aware if you are going over -- they don't wait till the project ends to tell you that! I have worked very closely with Celia on all the cosmetic changes that we've made. She knows where to take me, she listens to what I'm looking for and gives me her opinion. And she keeps me steered in the right direction regarding the budget. I have recommended them to neighbors and friends and will continue to do so. I'm very glad that I found Aldrich Contracting!”
