“The Kaufman Construction Company is very experienced with father and son in the business. The houses they build are extremely well built with attention to details. The Kaufmans, father and son, listen to their clients and go the extra mile to satisfy the demands of their clients. The subcontractors they sign on a project are professionals. At night, the job site is cleaned; for example, there are no empty food containers left on the floor or half empty drinks. The project was delivered on time and in the budget even though we changed some of the design along the road. “I had a small Brittany spaniel that i was waiting to be ready to come to my home and i did not know when he would be ready. I called Jim and we talked about this and he came over to my home that afternoon and took measurements and he gave me an estimate that evening. Very fast and efficient! I signed it and sent it back and in just a few days his workers showed up and begin work. In a few days they completed the fence and even put a very nicely designed door on the fence. I paid the second part of the contract and two days later my pup arrived and had a wonderful dog run area. I would recommend Jim to anyone looking to do projects of this type and even much higher cost projects. His men and him did outstanding work.”
