“Perkinson Homes is truly an excellent builder in the Richmond/Chesterfield Virginia area. My husband and I had never built a home before, but Shane and Brian made is so easy! Their attention to detail and "extra" touches is noticeable throughout our beautiful home. They only work with contractors who they know well and are craftsmen in their trade. Without being prompted, Shane would contact me everyday to provide updates and next steps in the process. They were very patient as I changed my mind several times with certain features in the home. Our home is "solid" with character throughout. I honestly can't say enough good things about Perkinson Homes, other than the fact that if I had to do it all over again, I would choose Perkinson without a second thought. “We used DGC Building for a deck remodel and cannot recommend them enough! We had our existing deck torn down and a brand new one rebuilt. The entire process was seamless from beginning to end. Their workers communicated very well, always arrived on time and worked hours on end to get the project completed in a timely manner. You can tell they truly want to make sure you are satisfied with the final result. We absolutely love our new deck and cannot wait to make memories on it for years to come!”

“Excellent installers of tile for shower and kitchen floor. Took extra care to be certain the tile fit symmetrically by the drain with no odd cut outs. Thoughtful about clean up and very friendly, easy to have in our home. I would chose Mick again for tile installation.”

To whom this may concern: Mary and I wanted to write this review saying that our building contractor, Mr. Goodman B. Duke, G.C. has done an outstanding job renovating our lake house. We're both in our 60's , retired and started looking for a Building Contractor to do the renovation of our lake home which is located at Blue Ridge Shores in Louisa, Virginia. We started researching and inquiring about our project a year ago in February, 2015. After checking with several people in that community and searching the Internet for a builder that was reputable; it was obvious that Mr. Duke was a good choice due to his number of years of experience and community involvement. We contacted Mr. Duke and he promptly met us and immediately we felt at ease with his professional approach and his manner of work ethic; especially, taking time to listen to our questions and needs. He assured us that he, along with his professional team of workers would be able to achieve our dream lake house. Everything was performed in a clean and timely manner. We were always contacted when questions arose. His ideas were creative and exciting. His design was exactly what we were looking for in the final product. Everything has been scheduled and completed in a timely manner with "No glitches" except for the weather. We can't express enough positive comments about Mr. Duke, his work, his character and efficiency. His workers have been very respectful and critical to detail. Mr. Duke's approach gave us a trustworthy feeling knowing that our lake house has many memories and is very important to us and our family. “We renovated our kitchen opening it up to the sunroom. Everyone that we dealt with at Ridgeline construction was professional, informative, helpful and honest. Russel our foreman was great! He showed up on time or texted me when he was going to be late. Things were done meticulously and with true craftsmanship. The project was done in a timely manner with very little disruptions to our family. We have been enjoying our new kitchen/living area for over a year now. We would hire Ridgeline again in a heartbeat.”
