“I had a fire in my home and much of the kitchen was damaged, we experience a grease fire. He came out to my home examined the damage, was extremely helpful in what would work for a design/colors that would make it to be my home. Unfortunately we did not hire him, but we are now looking to building a new home and once we decide on a plot of land, more than likely will be contacting him.”

“We hired Broughman Builders to add a second floor to our house. This was a very difficult project from a design standpoint. They were very patient in explaining options, costs, and made many recommendations that ultimately were the best choices. The resulting work quality was excellent and their professionalism during and after the construction period was so appreciated. Since completion we have had Broughman remodel our kitchen and provide other repair services to the few older systems in the house that they did not initially replace. Great experience and we will continue to use them with our remaining projects.”

“Androscoggin Builders is building me a 1500 sq. ft. house and it has been a wonderful experience! George Bardaglio, owner/contractor, has listened to what I want; v match cathedral ceiling in living/dining area, tray ceilings in the two bedrooms and den, crown molding and two archways where there are open doorways. He has also done an excellent job in explaining and showing things to me so that I understand. Overall it has been a great experience!”

“We worked with Leverage Construction building our new home. It was a pleasure from the start with the blueprints, to the very end, with every minor detail! Rick was very understanding in what we wanted, and took the time to really listen and made it all happen. He also offered help in explaining each process and phase of building. Very knowledgeable in every aspect of the project. They are very professional and understanding especially when we'd change our mind about something. Each deadline was met as expected , and even helped us same some money!! Leverage Construction's work met our expectations and more! The quality of their work is top notch, and I definitely would highly recommend them to anybody doing any kind of a home project! They are the best! “Our experience with Ray was outstanding. His estimates for both cost and time were extremely accurate and fair. In some cases, he needed to fix someone else's work at our property. In those instances, he thoughtfully explained what needed to happen and why. We have had Ray return for a number of significant projects to include: new roof and roofline, new porch rebuild from top to bottom, and design and build of an overhead for our front door. We have been happy with all of his projects and results. I would certainly request his expertise again and recommend others to as well.”

“Best in the area. Dependable, reliable, creative, budget conscious all around best contractor for large or small jobs in Central Maine. Completely renovated a 1920 Cottage. The original architecture was maintained while all rooms were renovated. New furnace, oil tank, insulation, windows, kitchen cabinets, front porch, restoration of original hardwood flooring were included in project. Started in January and completed in March. Before and after pictures available.”
