Because of his exemplary work ethic, customer service and quality of work, we are having his company back to lead the effort on our upcoming kitchen and mudroom renovations. “Joseph Corlett is a very knowledgeable and truly friendly granite expert who helped fix my cracked granite issue before it became a real problem. I had minor cracks on either side of my cooktop, where the cutout in the granite makes a weak spot if not supported correctly. Because the granite was not broken completely through and was stable, I knew I needed to get support for it and repair the surface as soon as possible. After searching high and low online, I came across Joe's site and because it was impressively thorough I crossed my fingers and sent an email. He emailed me back very quickly with a complete description and step-by-step instructions on exactly what to do. I was amazed. Then he received the second email I wrote, which was a large group of photos of the two problem areas. He immediately wrote back again, told me to scrap the first email because this was a much easier fix than he originally thought. The granite is fixed to perfection and it absolutely not noticeable to the eye or to the touch. There is literally zero indication that a problem ever existed. I would have brought Joe here (he is in FL and I am in Boston) to fix it, had that been needed... and he would have been willing to do so. He is so good he was sent to Maryland once to help a client who wanted (and needed) the best expert in the granite business to fix a major problem before a grand opening. My sister, who lives only an hour from him in FL now has his info, as do all of her friends. One needs to share the name of excellent people, and ladies and gentlemen, Joseph Corlett is just that. Thanks so much for all of your help, Joe! I appreciate it more than you could possibly imagine.”

“I am writing this unqualified recommendation on behalf of Mont Hartman, with whom my wife and I have worked closely over the past year on what became a major residential renovation project in Sarasota, FL. Mont Hartman assumed the role of Project Manager soon after we designed and contracted for what was then planned to be a limited condominium remodel. Mont brought himself “up to speed” quickly and then reached out to us to meet and refine our goals and the scope of our project. Throughout our renovation Mont was responsive, respectful and creative. His vision, team leadership, broad range of knowledge in all areas of our project (design, permitting, electrical, plumbing, cabinetry, counters, tile, flooring, painting, electronics, etc.) and problem-solving skills were the critical factors that have led to a wonderful outcome with which we are very pleased. As is often the case, our project changed and expanded as we proceeded. Mont handled these modifications smoothly and efficiently and with good humor. Mont also needed to deal with some unusual additional challenges. The project was undertaken in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic with resultant difficulties in coordination and supervision of subcontractors, supply chain disruptions and safety concerns. In addition, the bulk of this renovation was undertaken remotely, since our primary residence during this project was in NYC. Nevertheless, Mont was able to keep us well-informed and involved on all aspects of the project with his regular texts, detailed emails, pictures and FaceTime calls. We feel fortunate to have worked with Mont and his team. Their work ethic, experience, integrity, skills, maturity and advocacy are exceptional. We are pleased to recommend Mont Hartman and his team enthusiastically and without reservation.”

“I had just bought a new house and was getting a quote to have my kitchen redone and they gave me a very reasonable quote which inlcuded all that I wanted done. The person who quoted me was very knowledage and I could tell had been doing this for a long time. I had been shopping around to get the best price and they were able to beat all of the other prices that I had gotten. Also, I was shown some of the other work that they have done and it was absolutely perfect! I attached one of the images from another location that they had sent me. In the end I didn't get this work done becuase my house loan had to be done differently and I wasn't able to inlcude the renovations in the loan. I am now saving up to get this done for my new house which I perchased last year.”
