“We hired Reel Construction to build a 528 sq ft attached garage. This job required grading, concrete, framing, roofing, electrical and fixtures. I'm happy to say that the job was done on time and on budget. My wife and I both enjoyed working with Jory and we'd recommend him to anyone. He always took the time to understand what we envisioned, explain the process and detail the next steps. He was also able to work through some unique circumstances with our property. The result looks like is was part of the original house and we couldn't be happier with the way it turned out. We'll be contacting Jory and Reel Construction again when it's time for our next project.”

“We cannot say enough good things about Jerry Kern and the entire team at Kern Construction. We hired Kern construction in the spring of 2017 for a total renovation of our 1960's vintage vacation property. Not being local, we were nervous undertaking this project but everyone at Kern was absolutely great to work with, highly professional, always easy to contact when we had questions or wanted to make adjustments to the design plan. We were able to meet with all the subcontractors prior to the start of the project and found them all extremely knowledgable and professional. The cost structure of the project was explained in detail and agreed upon in writing prior to start of work. We are quite particular and we found the quality of workmanship and attention to detail at every stage of the project very high. All in all, we highly recommend Kern Construction and would not hesitate to use them for another project.”

“Pablo and his sub-contractors did an excellent job. I chose him over other contractors because he responded quickly to my initial inquiry and I was very glad I did. His communication was excellent, helping me understand what would happen when and what I could do to facilitate the outcome. If plans changed he never left me guessing and always looped me in. If you are looking to remodel your kitchen or bathroom (or any other room requiring cabinets), I highly recommend Pablo and Southshore Cabinets”

“When my husband and I bought a very small apartment size condo in Bradenton, Florida, we knew we would have a daunting task of renovating the 40 year old kitchen and 2 baths. The kitchen actually had wooden counters! Rather then spreading the work out over several months, we decided to have all the work done at one time. This meant we were faced with half of the condo being being under construction at the same time, and wouldn't be able to live there during this process. so we needed a contractor that we were sure was trustworthy and would do an excellent job. After interviewing about five contractors and searching on-line we met and hired Rick Parcels owner of RJM Contractors. He worked with us to come up with a plan that we could afford and that met all our needs as far as storage and design. His work was done on time and he e-mailed us with his progress and took pictures as he went along. As problems arouse with granite suppliers and the structure of a 40 year old building, he was on top of it. When inspecting the finished project I was pleased to see every corner mitered perfectly and my counters were level. Rick was easy to work with and definitely knows his job well. He anticipated problems we hadn't even thought of. My husband and I would definitely hire him again and would gladly refer him to family and friends.”

“We bought a double lot in Sarasota so that we could build a small multi-unit complex on it. We had previously worked with Mike and his team on remodeling investment properties for us, but this time we decided to build new. Mike designed us a great property - we had anticipated building four 3/2 units, but with his clever design, we ended up with four 4 bedroom/3.5 bath townhomes for only a 3% increase win budget. His design is fantastic, he really knows how to create contemporary livable spaces. We are very pleased with the quality of this project and were able to rent them out very quickly for asking price with no concessions. Mike and his team have now done 14 total units for us, and we will continue to work with him.”

“I have used Bryan Wells, owner of SaraWest, for several remodeling jobs over the last several years: pool bathroom, kitchen, master bedroom suite (bathroom); replacement of doors and windows. Bryan is timely, courteous, stays on budget, keeps work site clean, and his subs are always a pleasure to have around. Obviously, we love Bryan's work - we keep hiring him. . . And referring him to our friends!”
