“We have used Monks several times. Our most recent project involved refinishing our floors and painting some inside of our house. These guys answer their phones, show up on time and give you a quote on their first visit. Then they started on time and finished on time. They weren't the cheapest way to go, but they were the only company I found that could handle the painting, floors and carpentry without subbing everything out. We felt it was worth the money to have one company running the entire project and we were right.”

“Hired this company for my kitchen renovation. Daniel was very easy to work with. What I liked the most is the communication that he and his team had with me. Literally every day I’d get a text from them, explaining what was completed today and what they will be doing tomorrow. “I bought a short sale house and had Blackbirdz, LLC give me an estimate. Their estimate was very detailed and very competitive so I hired them. The house was in terrible condition and they did an outstanding job on everything they did. Since this house was bought as an investment, they made suggestions as to many items they felt would make it more attractive to sell. “Modern Made was recommend to us by friends who had used them on a major renovation and were very happy with their work. We engaged them to do a complete renovation of our center colonial home. They gutted the entire house and replaced all the electrical, plumbing and heating and cooling systems. We also completely replaced the bathrooms and kitchens and changed the layout in a few areas. Effraim was great to work with and made many good suggestions. We felt like we were in good hands and were dealing with a professional and honest building manager. We would definitely recommend Modern Made for anyone who needs to do a major renovation.”

“I had the absolute pleasure of using Pro Bros for my condo remodel! I never had much work done in my home before so I was extremely nervous about where to start and about finding a contractor I could trust that wouldn’t try to take me for a ride because I’m a female. After a few other quotes, I finally found Mike and Joe on instagram (@probrosllc) who came over to do a free estimate. Not only were they knowledgeable and professional, they walked me through everything - step by step - and kept me calm throughout the whole process. I finally felt like I was being treated like a human and not just some customer - especially cause they were always quick to respond to all of my countless calls and texts (lol sorry guys!). They redid both of my bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and 2 bedrooms - floors to ceiling - in such a quick amount of time! It was beautiful! I was able to sell my condo well over asking price in 2 months time - although it was really sad parting ways with it then!! THANK YOU MIKE AND JOE!!! “My basement got flooded during IDA, after contacting with couple of contractor I met with Matt, He came on time and explain everything what needs to be done also provide a reasonable price. He started to work immediately with his team. His work was very professional, he did everything as he promised and completed the work on time. He was the most professional, clean and trustful contractor I have met so far. He was always top of the every process and he was paying attention to every small details even I didn’t see them during the construction. “Gaudioso Contracting did a complete renovation of my tiny studio apartment kitchen in New York City. From my very first meeting they were courteous, helpful and professional. Their estimate seemed fair to me based on what other contractors had submitted and so we proceeded. Even though it is a small kitchen, they treated it as if it were in a mansion on Long Island. Their work was meticulous and quick....and when it was all finished they had a cleaning crew come to clean the plaster dust from the entire apartment. I love my new kitchen and I thank them every time I walk into it., they are simply the best!”
