“I had just bought a new house and was getting a quote to have my kitchen redone and they gave me a very reasonable quote which inlcuded all that I wanted done. The person who quoted me was very knowledage and I could tell had been doing this for a long time. I had been shopping around to get the best price and they were able to beat all of the other prices that I had gotten. Also, I was shown some of the other work that they have done and it was absolutely perfect! I attached one of the images from another location that they had sent me. In the end I didn't get this work done becuase my house loan had to be done differently and I wasn't able to inlcude the renovations in the loan. I am now saving up to get this done for my new house which I perchased last year.”

“I contacted Robert H. Delafield, Inc. because I needed an enclosure built on our patio, that would let our three cats have a way to experience the outdoors but remain safe. I told Robert what I had in mind and asked if it was feasible. Not only did his carpenters build what I had envisioned, they exceeded everything I had hoped the enclosure would be. Their attention to detail and their workmanship is exquisite. The unit is built with framing on the east and north walls. The west and south walls of the house, serve as the other two sides of the unit. The French doors from the house open into the enclosure's south side along with a cat-door that was built into the house wall. The east wall has a door that leads out to the yard. A corrugated translucent roof allows light and protects from rain. The inside framing is covered with hardware cloth (a material the cats can't destroy or escape from). The outside framing holds aluminum frames for the heavy duty screening material, to keep the insects out. We are so proud of our "Catio" and the cats love it.”

“I got five contractor bids. Leverette was the most competitive, the most responsive and understood what I was looking for the best. The owner, Brian Leverette took the time to understand what I was looking for. He provided excellent guidance and suggestions as well as worked with me to bring the job within my budget. I am very pleased. The master bathroom turned out even better than I anticipated. They had people working on-site every day until the job was finished. None of this waiting around hoping someone was going to show up. The cabinets were custom built to accommodate my requirements including unique touches like corner vanity mirrors and trim. My questions and concerns during the build out were handled patiently, responsively and always to my satisfaction. They exceeded my expectations in nearly every area. The tile work in the showers was superb. I look forward to working with them on my next project.”

“Joseph Corlett is a very knowledgeable and truly friendly granite expert who helped fix my cracked granite issue before it became a real problem. I had minor cracks on either side of my cooktop, where the cutout in the granite makes a weak spot if not supported correctly. Because the granite was not broken completely through and was stable, I knew I needed to get support for it and repair the surface as soon as possible. After searching high and low online, I came across Joe's site and because it was impressively thorough I crossed my fingers and sent an email. He emailed me back very quickly with a complete description and step-by-step instructions on exactly what to do. I was amazed. Then he received the second email I wrote, which was a large group of photos of the two problem areas. He immediately wrote back again, told me to scrap the first email because this was a much easier fix than he originally thought. The granite is fixed to perfection and it absolutely not noticeable to the eye or to the touch. There is literally zero indication that a problem ever existed. I would have brought Joe here (he is in FL and I am in Boston) to fix it, had that been needed... and he would have been willing to do so. He is so good he was sent to Maryland once to help a client who wanted (and needed) the best expert in the granite business to fix a major problem before a grand opening. My sister, who lives only an hour from him in FL now has his info, as do all of her friends. One needs to share the name of excellent people, and ladies and gentlemen, Joseph Corlett is just that. Thanks so much for all of your help, Joe! I appreciate it more than you could possibly imagine.”
