“Santech construction was hired to undertake a major renovation of our property in Society Hill , Philadelphia . The scope of work involved a complete demolition of the interior of the house and a full renovation of kitchen, bathrooms, new electrical , new plumbing , flooring, doors, staircase among others . Santech has exceeded our expectations . They were responsible, on time, profession and very respectful of our neighbors. The project took 9 months to complete and we really enjoyed working with Santech . They have a great attitude and work well with others . We would definitely recommend Santech to our friends and will be working with them again in the future.”

He withdrew saying "your home is what it is, there's nothing that can be done to change it." Dakota Dawn gave us a whole new look with relatively minor exterior work. “They installed my new kitchen. They were understanding and helped with any issues we had in a timely matter. We had an issue with the floor and an issue with the plumbing and a few other issues that needed to be handled. I would have preferred better quality cabinets but since we needed so many to fill the space, we went with mid-range cabinets. They helped us make the manufactured cabinets more customizable. This picture only shows half the kitchen.”

“I would highly recommend Jack and his team to anyone! And already have! Our neighbors recommended him to us after their bathroom reno and our other neighbors will be using him in the fall for theirs. He’s the best! We renovated 2.5 bathrooms this spring with Jack. His quote came in where we were hoping which was great. But more importantly for us was the quality of the work and ease of working with him and his team. Jack is very responsive, timely, and always follow through, which we have learned is difficult to find. Whenever I got stressed, Jack always remained calm and addressed any concerns right away. “Chip, "The Head Coach," and his team remodeled my Master Bathroom. They were a pleasure to work with, from the first interview, through the design process, the daily progress and the finishing touches. Chip has a team of experts (plumber, tile setter, electrician, carpenter, shower glass, painter, etc) who come in when their part of the job is ready to be addressed. The homeowner can do as much or as little as they desire, in order to manage the cost, and also for the DIY satisfaction of being involved. He managed the schedule and kept the job going flawlessly. I always felt welcome to inspect and request personal touches as the remodel unfolded. They arrived every day on time and kept an extremely clean job site. The plastic “dust wall” they put up between the bathroom and bedroom was so effective that I hardly had to dust when the job was finished. The quality of the work is outstanding. My dream bathroom is now so gorgeous and functional I don't think the novelty will ever wear off. The whole experience was so pleasant and the result so satisfying, I would recommend The Head Coach for any home remodel project.”
