“Kasia was great at both decorating and being a general contractor at a reasonable fee. I was away during the entire project and she understood my taste (whimsy modern?) and managed to bring the project (a complete rebuilt of an 1,100sf appt) to completion with a small budget and time overrun (but I still know that she saved me quite a bit of money in many ways). She was great at communicating despite the distance and over the time-zones and at shepherding the project through Vail's permitting nightmare. Her subcontractors were honest and personable. I am delighted with the result and am glad to have had Kasia as my contractor and decorator.”
