“We hired JP Builders LLC to do extensive structural repairs, stonework, windows & cedar shakes to our camp in 2009 and again to our guesthouse in 2012. Jim and his crew did an excellent job. We feel very fortunate to have found them. They were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and hard-working. They kept us informed every step of the way, kept the worksite cleaned up every day, worked to keep costs down and finished in a timely manner. The work is impeccable! Again, the work is impeccable!! Jim has a gift of vision and artistry and he was able to marry the old structure and new together beautifully. We are constantly complimented on our property and we have Jim Parandes to thank for it. “Don Pangburn completed an extensive project for me after my home experienced significant water damage due to a faulty plumbing fixture. Work included carpentry, electrical, drywall, plaster, painting and installing new counter tops. Don is a craftsman and does outstanding work, is very knowledgeable about all aspects of residential construction and is very honest. I will continue to use Don for projects at my home and would recommend him for any type of residential construction.”

“Clint with grunt construction gave me an estimate, with the exception of some add-on's and changes, which were fully discussed and agreed upon, he stuck to the estimate! And again with the exception of some add-on's and changes which we again fully discussed and agreed upon he got the job done on the deadline we discussed! He does very professional work and we are very happy with the results. My wife and I would absolutely recommend him to others!”

“I have had the pleasure of working with Alan Mann on four distinct projects over a 10 year period of time. All have been large, multi-week remodeling projects that have improved our home (and our parent’s home). These projects have included all aspects of home building and have been delivered earlier than expected with excellent value. Our most recent project was a major remodel of our kitchen. Ironically, we had friends doing the same – our project started later, ended earlier, was less expensive and yet was for a larger space. Previous projects have included adding extensive trim work to a previously unadorned house, converting an attic space to a two person office with sitting area, adding a bathroom, built-ins for multiple bedrooms, and rehabbing an older ranch (our parent’s home) that had significant structural damage from pests. In general, we have come to view Alan as our partner in home improvement who not only delivers excellent work but helps us with both the small and large choices that come with any construction project. He has an excellent eye and judgment for trim work -- our crown molding project was a collaboration between myself and Alan (with no outside design help) and we were thrilled with the result. Our kitchen team did include a design professional as well as two outside subs – Alan’s easy demeanor and professionalism saw us through the type of project that strains many teams. He worked with all the team members smoothly and scheduled his work to minimize disruption to our household. He shows up ready to work hard but with a cheerful attitude that makes the project more fun and less daunting. At this point, Alan is always my first call for any project and he is well worth waiting for when his schedule fills.”

“Bill Allen built a solar house for my wife and me in 2008. Much of his previous work had been updating old houses so he was used to solving problems. Our house presented some problems to him and he solved them and kept the project moving forward. We built using SIP panels for the walls and roof and these have kept us warm. With most of the glass on the south side. When the temperature is 10 degrees, if the sun is shining you don't need heat from the fireplace insert that basically heats the entire house. Bill likes old wood and introduced many nice accents to the project and these give this "new" house some character. He worked with my design and created a great house. This included getting the contractors to use glues that were low in volatiles. He used good sub-contractors and worked with his crew to do the carpentry work. The house is doing well and there were virtually no call-back issues that needed to be dealt with. He built a quality house and did it at a reasonable cost.”

“We hired Kyle's company to paint the interior of our house. We have some very high (~30' high peaks) and they had no issues. Tyler and Devin where here every day on time , trustworthy , very neat and meticulous. We have allot of windows and cut ins so this job took some precision and a steady hand! They completed the job and even came back to cover a couple of spots that needed touch up due to lighting changes with no complaints and wanted to make sure it the job was perfect. Kyle uses only top Benjamin Moore paint and they covered everything to make sure there were no spills. The only thing that got painted besides the walls was our puppies tail who was so excited to see them every day the tail went right in the tray. We would definitely hire Nail'd It again.”
