“I'm continually amazed by the work that they do! I have seen many of their stunning houses but recently they built a desk for my commercial space and that has become the focal point of our office. It has boosted our business and all of our clients have remarked at how beautiful their work is. It is also such a pleasure to work with them. “Tony and his team did an excellent job . They expanded my master bedroom including the bathroom and a walk in closet. I am not the easiest customer. I had so many questions, and Tony was patient with me every step of the way. They were very thorough and competitive. They were constantly updating me and going over the process . The entire experience was great!! Always on time with a great attitude. I want to say that I worked with a few general contractors over the years and it is difficult to find a good one that actually keeps you updated. “David remodeled our bathroom and did a great job! The house is over 100 years old and of course there were many things not right. He was able to plumb the walls and floors, fix the plumbing and electrical and get an 8 foot marble slab stone shower installed. David is very seasoned and has the gamut of skills to complete almost any job - from rough construction, foundations to installing cabinetry, hanging door and crown moulding. He will always try to make it right and not take the short cut just to complete the job. He is very precise in his work. If you want quality and attention to details, then David is your contractor.”

“We hired Clever Design and Remodeling to remodel our kitchen in our condo. We had met with two other contracting companies and we were given a similar quote as Clever but to be honest, meeting with Gilli gave me a totally different level of confidence than meeting with the others. We replaced most of the carpeting in our home with European Oak wood flooring which is beautiful. We also had the kitchen cabinets refinished and a new stainless steel over the range microwave installed as well as coordinating new sink fixtures and all new cabinet hardware. Recessed lighting was installed in the living room, kitchen, and master bath with necessary patching and all ceilings painted. Roy was very knowledgeable of all aspects of the project -plumbing, electrical, carpentry- displaying true craftsmanship in his work. Gilli was great to work with, she is very detail oriented and he and his team always left our house and the common areas in the condo building extremely clean (cleaner than it was originally, honestly). The Clever Design and Remodeling team really went above and beyond in making sure we were comfortable and happy with the work. Strongly recommended!!!!”

“My parents have had multiple projects done by Quality First. It’s the only contractor that they will work with and have for 6 years. They have a 30-panel solar system ground mount, gaf roofing system, full kitchen and bathroom remodels, Duralum patio cover and ProVia windows and doors. They really are your one-stop-shop for home improvements. I am waiting for my HOA approval to get a new HVAC unit, it’s called Quality First Comfort and I’m super excited to have work done myself!!”

“Hi :) my name is Annabelle and we are from Sunnyvale California, I just finished a new renovation, and I would like to share with you guys my wonderful experience, we started the process with a lot of fears because of previous experience that we had with another contractor two years ago, from the first meeting with Asi, me and my husband felt the honesty and integrity right away, we describe to her what we would like to achieve in our kitchen remodeling project and together with ideas that came from her designer we decided on the final layout, We needed a new kitchen renovation for our home ASAP, we are all working from home, my husband and I and our older daughter, and the kitchen became much more important, it was very surprising but we succeeded to pass all the inspections on time, The communication part was great, personally I preferred to communicate with Asi directly but they are working with a personal online portal that some people will find useful, we needed a few times that Asi will come to us to discuss on a few changes and we always felt comfortable to share with her our concerns and ideas, and eventually we are very satisfied from the end result!”

“Seacliff was our top choice for a bathroom remodel, requiring complete updating but also a structural change in the roof. The contractor, Lennox Smith, competently led a skilled team including a structural engineer and specialists in tile, wood, cabinetry, and glass. We were exceedingly happy with their workmanship, reliability/professionalism, persistence in working with city planning, and dedication to keeping our project within the budgeted amount. We were out of the state when the remodeling took place. However, we never worried about the care taken by Seacliff, and our trust was well placed. We recommend Seacliff without reservations.”
