“Being new to the area, I found Lovett Building by pure chance. I assumed I'd have to meet several contractors before finding a match. Not so! Ben Lovett can handle everything from design to digging, foundations to fancy, paint to plumbing. But beyond being a capable creative contractor, Mr. Lovett has ideas and vision. I was embarking on a total remodel of a shabby 1940's miners cabin, and I had absolutely no idea what I was doing! And yet, I knew a lot about how I wanted it to feel in the end. So I needed a very patient builder who was also an astute listener. And naturally, I also needed someone honest, hard working and communicative. Lovett Building met all these needs, in addition to all the basics: accountable, thorough, and stayed within budget and timeline. The process (1 year) was fun and interesting, and I am now living in my dream home. Could not be happier!”

“We are in the process of renovating a 100 year old SF Edwardian and started on the upstairs rooms. After interviewing and meeting with several contractors we chose Lee & Co. and couldn't be happier. From start to finish, this was an excellent experience. “Ken McGrath and his team completely remodeled one bathroom for me and did such a great job that I hired him to redo my master bath as well! Both bathrooms were completely gutted and rebuilt. Ken is so easy going and great to work with. He has a good design sense too. I was struggling with how I wanted to tile my shower and he made suggestions that turned out beautiful! There are a lot of decisions that have to be made in a complete redesign and Ken helped through the entire process. Ken pays a lot of attention to all details and it shows in the end product. He re-textured my entire bathroom ceiling and walls rather than patch up old texture and it came out beautiful -- it really modernized the bathroom. Ken always lets me know what time he plans to show up and has not been late once! He and his crew work very efficiently and I don't see them wasting any time. Ken also quoted me a very fair price. He is there every day doing the work alongside his crew. I was also impressed with all his crew members -- they are all very nice, professional, and easy to work with. I will continue to use Ken McGrath Construction in my future projects!”

“Alan and Carol Thorner, here. We just wanted to send a quick "Thank You" to Luxera in Rocklin, Ca, for the beautiful job that Rich Igou and his crew did with our remodel in Granite Bay. Our newly-painted home looks better than it ever has, its "bones are strong" once again, and our new bathroom is stunning! The attention to small details is, indeed, much-appreciated. Rich was always available by phone/text, and everyone who entered our home was personable and polite. Luxera in Rocklin was more than fair on the price, and that's always a big one when it comes to construction projects. In short, we couldn't be more satisfied. “It's so important these days to select the right constractor for your kitchen remodel. I've heard the horror stories out there. After interviewing several contractors, I selected Guy Biggs Construction, a family owned business in Rocklin. I wasn't disappointed in my selection because the kitchen turned out to be gorgeous -- nicer than I could ever had imagined it to look to look like. I would recommend Guy Biggs Construction in a heart beat. The mark of a great construction business is to take the extra time with the details. Details like creating custom molding around both kitchen and laundryroom areas that I hadn't even requested. Details like repairing a badly dry rotted window and sill and reframing it to include a quartz sill to match the new quartz countertop. Any contractor that can make a very dark and little 70's kitchen look like a million dollars -- it's Guy Biggs Construction that would do it.”
