“Brett was very professional and prompt. We needed to have some things done to our house before we listed it for sale. He came out gave us a quote and started the work within days. He worked 8 hour days and was on time everyday. Our kids were sad to see Mr. Brett go because he was very personable. Would highly recommend him.”

“I can't say enough good things about Steve Ott. But I can start with the most important thing - he is honest. In contrast to an industry that is infamous for dishonest people, Steve has always treated us with integrity. The best example of this is when we had a few issues emerge several weeks after the project was complete. Steve sent his team to resolve the issues in a timely manner at no cost to us. The next most important thing - the project was completed within the upper range of the original time estimate and within 15% of our original budget estimate (that includes unforeseen issues/expenses). Most people say their projects go WAY passed the timeline and WAY over budget. That's never been our experience with Steve (going back to my point about him being honest...he works really hard to get you the REAL price up front. He doesn't deflate the price to get the business and find a lot of "ad ons" throughout the project). Finally, Steve insists on quality. If something isn't done well, he will do it again. He did not like how the subcontractors installed our fireplace stone, so he personally came and laid the stone.”

“After interviewing a number of builders for my custom designed home, I selected Curtis Graff of Graf Custom Construction. My decision to do so was based on extensive research into the type of home I had designed and their familiarity with the newest technology. Throughout the project planning, Curtis Graf invested significant time in helping me evaluate the variety of solutions for HVAC, insulation, windows, foundation and other critical components of the available material and construction techniques. I had consulted with other builders that were not interested or willing to discuss these options with me, and basically told me how they planned to build my home, and didn't seem too concerned in what I wanted to purchase. The Graf crew are remarkable. Many of folks working on my home were direct employees and not subcontractors. Curtis Graf was usually on site and got his hands dirty. I had spoken to some builders who never do any work themselves, and I believe that Graf has the right approach. In conclusion, I am delighted with the quality of the home I received and the consideration and attitude of the entire team. They are very responsive to minor issues, even after being paid! I would do some things differently if I were ever to build another home, but would definitely hire this company.”

“My husband and I recently bought an older home and renovated the inside of the house. Eric has put in our kitchen cabinets, flooring in kitchen and bathrooms, bathroom cabinets, doors on all entrance ways, and much more. He did an exceptional job!! He is very reliable along with respectful. He listens to what your wants and needs are. He gave us great ideas that my husband and I never even thought of!! “Our rental property sustained roof damage during high winds and rain earlier this month exposing the wood roof above an occupied townhome. A call was made to Holmes Build when the damage was discovered the next evening. The owner was at the property within an hour to assess the roof damage and securely tarp the exposed areas as more rain and wind was expected that evening. The repair and replacement of shingles was completed efficiently by 2 professionals with minimal disturbance to residents in the building and all damaged material was bagged and hauled away.
