They arrived on time and worked non stop until time to leave. This project was completed in a timely fashion and the workmanship was perfect! “Brett was very professional and prompt. We needed to have some things done to our house before we listed it for sale. He came out gave us a quote and started the work within days. He worked 8 hour days and was on time everyday. Our kids were sad to see Mr. Brett go because he was very personable. Would highly recommend him.”

“Our rental property sustained roof damage during high winds and rain earlier this month exposing the wood roof above an occupied townhome. A call was made to Holmes Build when the damage was discovered the next evening. The owner was at the property within an hour to assess the roof damage and securely tarp the exposed areas as more rain and wind was expected that evening. The repair and replacement of shingles was completed efficiently by 2 professionals with minimal disturbance to residents in the building and all damaged material was bagged and hauled away. We highly recommend Holmes Build, LLC .”

“So professional and knowledgeable. Came on time and they were able to solve our range vent issues in a fast and efficient way. They found a way to reconfigure the existing range hood so that we did not have to purchase a new one!!!!! Highly recommend this company for soooo many areas-landscaping, remodeling etc.”

“When I decided to have my Kitchen renovated the only company I considered was Restoration Services. Having used them in the past to remodel 2 bathrooms. I knew I would receive the best service and would not have to worry about the quality of work. They worked closely with me on all aspects of the project. Dale and his team were helpful in designing and troubleshooting everything from the cabinets, flooring and appliances. The team was meticulous in their craftsmanship and really went the extra mile to do it right and not cut corners. I would highly recommend Restoration Services, you will not be disappointed.”

Shane did a great job of thinking out of the box to address problems that naturally arose during such an extensive project. “Anthony (AF Contractors) has completed a number of home projects for me, most recently putting 3 new roofs on my large home. His pricing is fair and reasonable, and he remains true to his estimates. The crew showed up on time and worked overtime (at night) to complete the roofing project when rain was forecasted. Anthony is onsite at the start, and also reviews the work to ensure it is done to his standards and that the work site is cleaned up. I can't say enough about Anthony and his work, and I've referred him to several friends who have also hired him. He's my "go to" contractor for all my home needs. Hire him and you won't be disappointed!”

“So far our experience with Bernie has been exceptional... He is very personable, my wife inherited her Brothers house 4 hours away from where we live. He responded quickly to our request for a consultation for a bathroom finish/remodel. He has been beyond accommodating to meeting us several times working around our schedule. He is a true contractor-allowing for our design ideas, advising his thoughts when requested, not pushing product brand unless asked for resources. Very reasonable pricing. We are most impressed with his ability to educate and advise us on money-saving renovations to adjust our budget. We have had a slower start than we would want, although based upon our indecision which he is more than willing to accommodate our situation and changes without issue. A true partner. “I first met Matt when he was hired by a client of mine for a fussy renovation project in Pittsburgh. The project involved interrupting much of the Owner's house especially the second floor and the roof. It required careful planning and staying on task. Matt was respectful as my role as the Owner's architect and followed my drawings and instructions carefully. When unexpected details arose, he was skilled but sensitive in knowing how to address them. We met up again recently as I referred him to another project. The project took a different direction, but it reminded me of his honesty, eagerness and interest in creating a quality result. I look forward to getting a chance to work with him again.”
