“Glengarry Construction & Design did major renovation in our house. We had the basement finished with a new bathroom and living room as the first project. The second project was a total make over of the main bathroom. We could not have asked for better contactors and workers. They designed both projects taking in consideration our wishes, ideas and budget. The work was excellent and it was done rapidly and efficiently. They were very well organized. At the end of the day, they would leave the place clean. Through the renovation, they keep us informed of the progress and the next step to be. They were very professional, respectful and polite while working. Their workmanship skills were remarkable. We are totally satisfied with the work done in our house. The renovations were completed in August 2020 and we are still very happy with the final product. We highly recommend Glengarry Construction & Design for your renovation or new construction.”

“Jeff was recommended to me by a real estate broker who had used Jeff's services herself. We had spent a great deal of time looking for someone to install a new staircase railing in a home that was 113 years old. I cannot say enough good things about Jeff as he is definitely a "make it right" the first time type of professional. Jeff came to the home on time, prepared an estimate and said the job could be done within a week. This was music to my ears after such a long search for someone capable of doing the railing. Jeff took the added measure of having a colleague come with him to confirm the length of handrail required. They then went to pick up the materials and delivered them back to the house. As promised, Jeff showed up on the Friday and completed the railing on time. It looks wonderful and was one of the main focal points when the house was listed. The buyer commented that the staircase an new kitchen were the reasons she bought. I have recommended Jeff to many people since and will continue to do so. “Jeff is my "go to" contractor. He is conscientious, charming and ethical. He completes his very hands on projects on time and on budget with a great crew. The workmanship is fabulous. I have hired him for two separate projects. A year ago I purchased a new home and had only two weeks to have changes made before occupancy. I hired Jeff Hayes Contracting to install a new sub-floor to eliminate a sunken living room, install new hardwood and baseboards throughout the main floor, prepare for a new fireplace and paint the entire house - main floor and finished basement. The completed job was amazing and timing perfect. This fall I hired Jeff Hayes Contracting to remove a skylight. Jeff took care of both the outside (framing and shingles) and inside (significant ceiling work, painting and new, creative lighting). His attention to detail and the effort he made to minimize and contain construction dust were greatly appreciated. Again, the finished project was awesome. I highly recommend Jeff Hayes Contracting.”

“You will find no finer home builder than Dave Brown and his capable crew. We are having him back to do an addition on our 125 year old home after his amazing work on our roof last year. He was responsible for rebuilding our entire roof structure including new spray foam insulation and all new sheathing. Their work on the facia and soffit was impeccable. He and his crew have an exceptional eye for design and no detail is left unaccounted for. Definitely a quality job through and through. Thanks again!”

“I was in need of a new boiler system for my home radiators and hot water tank. Kevin responded right away and had his team there the next day to assess the situation and the new boiler was installed 2 days later. The very skilled Britt and his apprentice Andrew came to install and were tireless in their efforts. I don't think they even ate lunch. So, by the end of the day the old equipment was gone, our new much more efficient dual boiler system was installed and we are warm again!!! Britt and Andrew were polite and professional. They obviously new exactly what they were doing and they cleaned up after themselves. I was VERY impressed. “Aaron and Mike were professional, detail oriented, on time and patient with my changes. They remodeled 3 bathrooms and a hallway. They gave ideas and suggestions when needed. They picked up after themselves everyday before leaving. We were very happy with the project!! We ran into a few unexpected snags which they were able to make changes which I am very pleased with. I can take pictures now but non before.”
