“We had no prior relationship with Oakwood, but were impressed with the quality of staff that we dealt with, from the first contact through to the finished renovation. We needed a variance to be allowed to obtain the proper permits and John Liptak, owner of Oakwood was instrumental in obtaining this on our behalf. Without his personal interest in our renovation, we would not have proceeded with the project. John also gave us the benefit of his years of experience with various suggestions for our room. Our design specialist was wonderful, offering many unique ideas for us to consider, always offering various solutions to meet our budget. We particularly love the windows and paneling in our great room. The quality of the work was top notch. The wood craftsman assigned to our project did an exceptional job on the ceiling beams and the paneling. Dave’s work makes this room so beautiful and unique. The project manager was very knowledgeable and worked on our behalf to make sure that all the little details were dealt with to our satisfaction. Trent was very responsive to our needs and concerns. We can speak to Oakwood’s integrity and professionalism. They wanted the addition to be a room that we would be take pleasure and pride in for many years to come. We truly marvel at the room each day when we enter it. We are very satisfied with our experience and relationship with Oakwood.”

“Nous avons eu les services de Madame Nathalie Poirier et son équipe pour planifier le rajeunissement de façade de notre maison fin d'été 2020. Écoute attentive et créative, celle-ci a présentés 2 scénarios, tous deux adaptés à nos attentes. Fait à noter leur "coup de cœur" a été le même que le nôtre, ce qui démontre leur sensibilité à reconnaître ce que, bien souvent, nous ne savons même pas nous-même. J'aurais mis "5" mais comme les travaux ne se font qu'en 2021, on se garde une petite réserve!”

Throughout the project, he was able to listen and drew a building that met our expectations: -size for a building which is rightly balanced -wood for the whole building, interior and exterior trim In doing so, he also made sure to design an efficient building and it ended up in the LEED Platinum certification that the building got. I warmly recommend Martin to any prospect intending to build his house: Martin experience will save you time and money.”

“10/10+ Fin 2019-début 2020, Veronique Geoffroy nous a offert un service exceptionnel de design, de gestion de travaux de rénovation (notamment l'identification de matériaux haut de gamme à prix des prix très compétitifs) et de staging liés à la vente de notre maison. Services impeccables et très attentionnés, et conseils des plus judicieux. Le tout a résulter en un effet "wow" des plus impressionnants nous ayant permis de vendre notre propriété en une journée (offres multiples avec surenchères) et $15,000 au-delà du prix estimé par notre agente immobilière (une première pour notre agence pour ce secteur de Gatineau). Je recommande très fortement les services de Veronique et prévoit refaire appel à ses services pour la rénovation et le redesign de notre condo à Ottawa.”

“Dino Nifakos has done 2 entire home renovations for my husband and I ...and he is amazing. He has a facility to see spontaneously what needs to be done and how to enhance the look of your home with simplicity brightness, originality and ambiance with the budget you give him. He also has a very practical sense of decoration and will make use of every space in your home/condo. He is fast, has a great sense of humour, very good listener, and just loves what he does. His goal is to respond to your needs, interests and costs Marie & Keith”
