The Foyer opens to the Kitchen and tells the story of what to expect from the home's interiors. This Foyer needed to feel like it sat at the base of the BC mountains in an urban setting while also overlooking the Marble floors were replaced with bluestone tile, glass backsplash replaced with hand made tiles in warm colors. A single statement light fixture replaced a ceiling peppered with recessed cans, and crown mouldings removed from all ceilings. Kitchen crown moulding replaced with something more suitable to home's 'clean' interiors and the eating bar went from cold granite to warm wood.
