This residential conversion of an old property in South-West of England makes a spectacular and imaginative use of energy efficient lighting. The images below shows how the use of LED strips to illuminate a recess over the bed, along with eye catching wall-paper has created an amazing feature. 3W LED lamps were used in the wall mounted bedside lights to great effect to finish off the feature lighting. The living room lights are somewhat over-sized low energy floodlights; due to the scale of the room this worked incredibly well for uplighting of the beams / ceiling, a smaller fitting would have looked lost on these beams.
