The working side of the two-level island, showing how the 5"-6" drop helps to conceal the working countertop, which also includes the Wolf steamer to the left. Faucetry is Rohl Perrin & Rowe in satin stainless steel. The cabinetry is custom tiger maple, accented by true oil-rubbed bronze hardware. The steamer is filled using the sink sprayer and drains electronically into the sink trap. The filtered water faucet has an Everpure filter system under the sink.
