Because of the large Heritage Live Oaks on the property, the design as set to preserve the integrity of the trees while maximizing the living space. Because of this little space is wasted on hallways and blank space. The entry was designed to be just as appealing from the inside as the outside giving the home a beautiful indoor / outdoor feel.
