Capitol Hill Renovation

This project was a substantial renovation of a 1950s bungalow in a great parkside location. We relocated the kitchen, which was previously isolated from the rest of the home, so that it became the focal point for a very bright and open great room. We incorporated a lot of built in millwork to create storage and to help define different spaces in the larger room.
