Booher-Custom landing at top of stairs

Client was looking for a multi-purpose design. She had an odd niche at the top of her staircase landing she wanted to utilize. She needed both storage and a bookshelf. She also had wifi equipment in the corner that could not be relocated. Lastly needed counter space to display photos. This is what I came up with!
