Patterned tiles add bold good looks and personality to the house. These tiles are becoming popular because they are easily available in materials such as ceramic, porcelain and cement, in both economical and high-end options. Some of the most popular patterns that are incorporated on tiles include chevron patterns which comprise zigzag stripes, floral patterns, geometric patterns that use lines and shapes and medallions that repeat complex oval or circular patterns. Here are eight ways you, too, can integrate patterned tiles into the design of the home.
