Undersink drawer. Given the plumbing fixtures that must go beneath the kitchen sink and the fact that there isn’t much room in that space for storage, this area can feel like a dank mini-cave. This drawer has a clever cutout that gently surrounds the plumbing, making available the good, clean space while keeping the plumbing hidden. Cabinetry: painted to match Light Pewter 1464, Benjamin Moore; hardware: Schaub; countertops: Rye Marble; sink: Strive, Kohler; faucet: Rohl
Cabinets to ceiling, tile, pot filler - grey cabinets on island (but likely prefer white on the wall.
Brick wall in butlers pantry
Hood and pot filler - like that the hood is flanked by windows (vs. cabinets being right next to the hood). Tile is awesome.
Small office with built-ins.
Great overall feel. Like the garage overhang; dormers over garage; porch feel with square columns and wood base (vs. stone).
Like the flow of the screened porch to the open porch; also like the overhang above windows. Like the outdoor railings.
Railing (horizontal iron for middle), paneling, and floor (rough sawn, knots, rich color)
Bathroom tile -simple and floor to ceiling - white counter/tile.
Like that the tile surrounds the tub - good size bathroom (not too big/too small); like the vanity between sinks.
Tile and range hood; pendant lighting is nice being metal. Could copper be incorporated?
Wood beams in ceiling, TV is not the focal point.
Sink and make up area. Mirror and lighting.
Window above utility sink; square-ish laundry vs. galley. Washer/Dryer are on a “lip” with drain.
Wood beams in ceiling, open door/windows off of living area to deck; fireplace inset and off the floor (slightly more modern feel). Like the stone in the fireplace with built-ins surrounding. Like the wood mantel.
Like the window size on lower level
