The clients wanted a colourful but toned down home which was contemporary yet Indian at heart in terms of the textures and materials. They wanted to break away from the generic, bland builder layout and have a personalised custom designed home.

The residence is spacious and airy with a lot of natural light and ventilation being on the 48th floor in Parel. The apartment was originally a 3 BHK with balconies attached to every room. Since the clients stay alone with their niece, we suggested that the third bedroom should be broken and included to make the living area larger.
