kitchen shape L , size 10.5 ft * 8 ft

1. Does the counter below drawers and the top drawers need to be of same size ?
2. Does the hob size 3 ft , does the chimney size also be 3 ft or can I reduce it to 2ft?

3. I'm planning to have pull up shelf door on top of 2 ft * 2 ft with split folding there would be only one handle when you open the door the bottom door would sit on the top door.
