An interesting dilemma! This reminds me why we like to say "form follows function." So in India you take off the mosquito net and place it under the mattress? Also you take off the bed sheets as well? So that, each night, the whole bed must be made and the mosquito netting placed? That's a lot of work! Why is this done? So I like this steel frame bed. You could roll up the nets on all sides if you wanted too, and tie them up with ties. Or tie them back at the posts. Have you considered a mural? We make a durable, non-fading material that is seamless up to 5 metres wide on the short side (length can be over 100 metres!). Lostinwoods, Covering the holes should not be a problem with a small dab of painters putty. If you are lucky or have planned enough the frames may cover the area left behind by hanger or clock. IMO, you should use colored photos with white frames as the room seems a bit dark as described by you. You may need some focus lights for the frames. Have a look at some of these photos. Hi, you can add metal wall decor plain or mirror with metal frames , or floating shelves to keep small picture frames. If the bed headboard is good in design and color you can simply paint backwall in a different color from rest of the walls. Regards, Priyanka Kalra
