Do they have to be paint buckets? I would think they would not be good for gardening? Maybe others will know more about that. But in the U.S. you can get 5 gallon buckets from some local businesses like bakeries, food store chains, places like those that regularly use items they get in the buckets. For instance a bakery usually gets stuff in 5 gallon buckets and often has to throw them into a dumpster as they can only save so many. Some businesses now sell them for a small fee, maybe 1 dollar U.S. each and some just give them away. I think the cost of shipping them to India would be more than the cost of buying them. You could try setting up a fund on Kiva.org and possibly get enough donations to purchase food grade buckets instead of using ones from paint. I thought of two options for the headboard one is keeping the way it is now i.e gold color or change it to dark brown velvet, because my bed is wooden (dark brown), so I thought the headboard will just look like a part of the bed, and I could do the drapes of sea green color. The sofa chair next to my bed is not there anymore, so on this wall its only the bed and the window. Bedding I have to change, but thats not an issue as of now. My main concern is the drapes and the headboard which have to go with the wallpaper well.

Hello @Cornerstone Design Studio India No. I don't have any idea about FSI. I will try to learn more about it. Regarding the size of green belt, I have confirmed it from the patwari that Plot 1 has got 5 metre green belt on both sides. He told me that: All plots with 24 metre facing road are having 5 metre green belt whereas plots with 12 metre facing road are having 2.5 metre green belt. (It's 4 or 3.5 metre in case of 18 metre road, I don't remember exactly). About that bold line, I am sure that it is not representing width of green belt. (Check below image as that bold line is having same width for 12 metre facing plots). So what do you think now? Should I become that lucky guy to own plot 1? Check out whole map and there are hardly 3-4 corner plots which are having 24 metre wide road on both sides. (and there are just 2 plots having North East direction) whereas there are around 50-55 plots which are similar to Plot 2nd. About your query, It's Suncity Township - I (Sector 35, Rohtak). It's around 45 kilometres away from Delhi border. Would you please mind elaborating this point a little bit more - "For us function prevails over design anyday".
