I own the 1st floor of a 2-storied building. The ground floor being occupied by one of my close relative. We had been sharing the same entrance to the house till now. But due to some personal problems there has been a need to change the entrance to my house (i.e. the 1st floor). I have to construct a staircase in the front side towards the left side of the building. I am also planning to extend the existing drawing-room ( to the extreme left side of the building, as seen in the Photograph, attached) filling-up the open space, as seen in the photo. Please help me out to redesign the entrance and the extension of my Drawing room.

You may also want to consider a screen or pass-through bookcase to visually divide the "bedroom" area from the living area. I like your table and platform bed ideas. Consider whether the radiator will have enough room to "radiate" with a bed against it though. www.twitter.com/216Sharon

Greeting sir, nice to see your replies....please note this white wall contains unistone red brick work (2.6 inches*8inches)concealed with white sticky tape .done to prevant paint stains as noticed and suggested . about the wall coming out of the slope its not in actual merely an illusion becoz of the taping... also.the red brick work is complimented with white cement....for flooring steel grey granite and s white As planned...im attaching u final finished look wud b like...v wud b putting artificial grass garden besides the right side of the building ground floor.. good to know appreciative responses from you..please suggest another ideas floor plan ill share for sure
