To keep it simple and clean, install a small glass shelf or 2 of maybe 10mm thick glass and 10-12” x 4” on the side of the shower wall for keeping soaps and shampoos, a watch and specs or a mobile too. Or maybe add a small glass cabinet. These are available or can be easily made to order.

Hi, I think full wooden tiles will feel like pathetic. Try disparate like combinations of glossy and wood tiles or like 2 walls and floor with wood tiles and other 2 walls light colored glossy tiles to break the monotony.Thank u.
