Some tall Evergreen Shrubs to hide the electrical components on the left side of the picture, some potted flowers in orange clay pots to keep your plant company on the right side...maybe an iron scroll work art sculpture above the garage door? Cannot provide input to interior without any photos.

I don't prefer the given arrangements as it is blocking the way to balcony. Also the tv position is not perpendicular to watch. that's why I was asking for any alternate arrangements.

Hello there, There should not be a problem in finding 3D glass painting services. Any glass supplier providing etching and cutting should be able to do that. However, ready made pieces are often available at local art gallery but would be on the expensive side. Since you need a partition glass wall, it would definitely be bigger and should consider it getting done by an experienced glass handlers only. The local dealers would point you in the right way.
