Hi Nitin, Since the FAR in Delhi has increased so our society is extending all 3bhk 2toilet units to 4bhk 4toilets unit.That's why we had closed the door to the toilet from master bedroom.A big bathroom is coming up with master bedroom. We have 2 wardrobes each in all 3 bedrooms making it total of 6. Except the long one 6'6" one in master bedroom all are having hinged doors.All door panels will be 8' tall.The kid's room l colour has been finalized to lime merino to keep it in sink with the toy unit which will be broadly white in colour with red,blue,yellow n green marino lam inside the open boxes of toy unit.The study table would also b in white n some light wooden texture. About both bedrooms it's not decided yet.We are open for same concept for both the bedrooms but since the master bedroom wardrobe is quite big we were thinking of using some simple n sophisticated colour to give it a rich look. The door will have DP18 LOREDO WENGE veneer.The TV unit,crockery case and other wood work in living room will have a19 CANALETTO WALLNUT n NIMBUS CORIAN. I think by now u would have got a fair idea of our taste which would help you to finalize the concept. In case any more input is required from my side I wud readily send them.

You are welcome :) Brown surfaces already giving it a depth and warmth. I believe you should keep it white only. Also i wouldn't advice tiles as in most cases results aren't very good with tiles on the front facade (why to use tile when we have stone already). You could have used wood also but i am not finding much possibility and requirement here. Stone itself adding the required texture to it and it is already a good stone you have used.

You can add a cnc cut jaali as a cover around it. It will make the facade look nicer and attractive as well as not interfere with any repair work and the pipe system in future. Please contact us for details: 9988866472. Thanks

Greetings From Dream Design, As per your Inputs we are suggestion you some ideas -You can use the Beige Travertine stone in the front part of the walls -In L which comes from top do the white color it will highlight that area -Use the HPL in the front celling's(use in vertical direction) -paint the brown color in vertical lines which you already did in top ones you follow the same ground floor also -You can also go also for HPL cladding on gate - share you one client front elevation reference where we suggest the Traventine,black stone cladding, white paint with HPL cladding
