Hey Sudha ji , I'v a few ideas on the placement , a bed takes 9'x6'3'' so place it on the 15' Wall(you can reduce the width by removing side drawers,then you get 3' extra for bigger wardrobes on both sides) with one wardrobe on each side one for him and one for yourself and a chest of Drawers to keep other stuff handy and two Ottomans or love seat in front of the bed so you have enough space in front of the bed for traffic as well,and on the front wall to the bed place your Wall hung T.V, PLEASE keep the colours light , use white marsh by Asian Paints or Honey dew , here are some pics .

Hello, I jut saw your comment. thanks for the same. Appreciate your suggestion. Could you please help me to get some construction engineer who can help me to design my ground floor which is about 4 ft underground where the floor and ceiling are already there. The side walls are also there. Only thing is the partition wall to be created to make as a single bedroom house. At present on the east side there is a garage and on the north side a room with toilet. We would like to convert this as a proper single bed house. Since I have a very low budget, can you please suggest how to go about it. Thanks and look forward to your advise.

Suvarchala, I am presuming that you do not want the doors to face each other due to privacy concerns. If that's right you wouldn't also want the guest/visitors to go to a bath in one of your rooms. Have you considered that before dropping off a common bath from the plan. If your neighbour has a door facing yours then you can also think about doing a mirror image of what respected member suggested above. Please let me know if I have understood you correctly. From what I have understood you are looking to place the bed on the window wall. If yes, then it won't be a good sight every morning that you wake up to see your bathroom door. If the dresser isn't a fixed niche you could swing your bed between the two dresser slots. That way when you walk into the room, it will make an impressive entry. Think about it! Regards.
