There is a specialty lighting store near me that I am going to soon with photos to work on lighting at my house. I will show them your photo and see if they have an idea. Probably won't be till Fri or Sat but will get back to you.

Well it depends on your wall color as well . since you have such concrete looking floor I would recommend you can chose any electic color like lemon , orange , yellow to give a bright look and uplift room mood or chose any pastle color of your choice for subtle feel . :)

OK Vivek, that was a suggestion, it is manageable but please take your call. However, this 2 nd floor plan may need a discussion. Ideally, a kitchen meant for a studio and a 4 .5 bedroom house should not be of the same size. You may want to increase the size of kitchen looking at the size of 2nd and 3rd floor layouts. To save cost ideally RCC brickwork & external plaster should get completed for upper flower I.e. 2nd & 3rd floor. and then based on budget internal finishing should get completed.
