I would start with a can of paint ;) just kidding. How about some very bright canvas art. 1 large print on each side of your bed may brighten up the wall and add more dimension.

Just repaint it. And then make your bed and declutter the space and things will look a lot better. I think adding accessories before you do those things is a bit like applying perfume before you've taken a shower.

@dorneman5 :) Thanks a lot. will try tht,... im really sad bcoz everybody keeps telling me how bad it looks ...unfortunately i cant do anything about the wall.. just have to decorate it to make it look nice..
@groveraxle I dont have an option of repainting it.. damage is done..my dad wont make any ammends...have to make this look somehow better.. i really wish i could repaint it :(

I also think it is attractive and interesting. If you add bright art in large sizes, I think you'll be happy with it. It does look a bit oceany. If you like the ocean, you could decorate with bright pictures of coral and shells.

I like the wall, too. I also agree with groveraxle that you just need to declutter and make the bed. It's hard to tell from the photos, but is the bed super low? If so, it would help to raise it. Look for bed lifts at your local bedding and housewares store. They are easy and inexpensive. Then embrace the rich colors of your walls in accessories like throw pillows. I would love chartreuse with it, too. But the main thing is the housekeeping. No matter how beautiful the decor, a bedroom always looks messy if the bed is unmade.

l love the colour BLue. i have blue curtains in the room ... so i guess having some bright pictures might help. thanks a lot..
my sister was suggesting to put up glass shelves ..and some paintings ...i wasn't sure about it ..will that look good?? she suggested to put up photo frames like in the picture..
