5th floor...maybe a hobby room. E.g. stargazing with telescope. Ideal if the 5th floor in building contained a patio...no roof...the patio is the roof for the lower stories.

Request is too complicated for a simple email. Stair location will dictate much of the configuration. Also there is not adequate criteria for what the rooms on that floor need to be. I have to agree that consulting with a professional would be most helpful to you in this process.

If you are a vastu believer, don't make the pooja on the west wall. Pooja should be on east or north wall of the house. Don't cut your store room as you definitely need one , rather shift it on the extreme upper side of the master bedroom. Don't provide an extra door in the bedroom for the safety point of view. As I said, by giving store room space on the upper side you get the symmetry instead of the protruded wall at the entrance of the master bedroom. Bed heard board is the best in South, then East, then West. So go for first two if possible. For further queries, you,re most welcome.
