Do you need a "floor" (as in marble, tile, wood, cork, etc) or do you need "floor plans"? Your post is a bit confusing. Has the building been built? Is this an appartment? And what is a "step"? Are you discussing "stairs" or are you describing how many "steps" it takes for you to walk from one wall to another?

Warlike Tiger, Good Morning. Whats your dilemma. Is it the budget, design plan or availability of a professional to do it? Either of that would require a site study, without that it is not possible to estimate the plans or costs or even a realistic design plan. If you are keen , you can search for professionals in this forum and contact them or leave your number for interested architects to call you. However, this idea of building the second story and then breaking the lower floor walls is not feasible. It is a hilly area and you should be all the more cautious with the foundation. Hello Vivek , The House has some really Interesting Projections and setbacks. There are multiple options ,house can be rendered into a appealing building. 01. Boundary Wall can be bought to one level with MS grill work , Plastered and finished with texture paint/stone masonary work/dry cladding. with exterior lighting and landscape ( planter box/hedges) 02.Aluminum Window work can be removed , replace it with Glazing work with thick border( Only at floor level 01). 03. Interestingly 2nd floor can have open sitouts , balconies with greenscape and jaali work. 04. Third floor can be simply plastered and finished with Texture paint or cladding work. 05. At the 4th level Large MS framed canopy can be projected. which will elevate your house and entitled all the floors as one unit. This house really needs to be designed and documented with the professional. There is a lot scope on the design part.
