Most wall art looks best when hung at eye level or slightly lower than eye level. Keep in mind how the art will be viewed most often (from a standing or sitting position). A general guideline to follow for framed artwork is 4 to 8 inches from the surface of the furniture to the bottom of the frame. For framed art prints, a good rule of thumb is to center the frame 60 inches off the floor. To do this, measure the height of the frame and divide by two. Then measure the space from the wire to the top of the frame and subtract this number from the first number. Now add 60 inches to this figure. This is the point to insert the hook. When your picture hangs from the hook it should hang approximately one-third from the top of the frame.

Nadia, You need to provide some more snaps showing the entire room, including the location of the beam, its height & clear height of the slab etc. One idea could be to extend the width of the beam by just about 25 mm with gypsum board on either sides, at the bottom level, with a right angular vertical of 25 mm as well & provide LED lighting strip for indirect lighting...

Hi Harsha , It is supposed to be above the false ceiling but make sure to use the rod for fan as per the ceiling height that you're planning the reason behind this is that the fan cover might not fit in small rod . It will be covered by the ceiling and it can never be on false ceiling as the false ceiling won't take the load of fan it has to be fixed in the true ceiling / concrete so for better grip.
