Sorry, but would you really take advice from someone that hasn't seen even off color photos of all the materials you've selected or knows the floor plan of your kitchen. If you post photos of the color and door style of the cabinets and cabinet moldings, a photo or the the name of the coutertop (there are many types and styles of black countertops), the finish and style of the appliances, the flooring you have selected, and the floor plan of your kitchen, maybe you could get sensible advice along of course with a lot of less valuable input. Asking blind strangers to direct you isn't sensible.

Hi all, My existing kitchen needs a major revamp and I am currently in the process of talking to kitchen vendors to redo the whole thing and also add a kitchen island for regular dining. I am a bit confused about what finishes to go for to achieve a classy yet fun kitchen. I love the Spanish/ Moroccan tiles that are in style these days and would love to use them on the back splash and floor. Also, mostly got to go with black granite counter tops to survive Indian cooking. For top cabinets, If i got with white matte/hi-gloss(you can suggest which easy to maintain and look good) and wood veneer on bottom cabinets, would it be too busy and clash ? @ Rupal shah thanks for your reply. Which other colors would you recommend other than grey and white? What do you think about something like aqua or teal colored laminate with this backsplash and black counter? I want the kitchen to look as fresh as it can.

We are planning a U shaped kitchen with loft in a 13 ft 6" by 8 ft 10" sized space. Ceiling colour : classic white; Walls : morning glory (sort of white with a hue of very pale pink) in Berger and the floor is vitrified gloss finish sonic ivory tiles. I am looking at a single colour kitchen in pale yellow or light green or powder blue with black granite countertop. I don't want it to overwhelm and I also want the space to look spacious. The natural light is good in this space. Merino laminates I have considered are Jaisalmer and Gladiola. The greens in merino seem too dark The light green laminate is in Asiam brand. I agree with many others that it is hard to visualise a shade in a whole room from a 2 inch chip. Any feedback from completed projects or experience welcome. Please post completed yellow, green and blue kitchens in India, if possible. Thanks.
