remove the wall. Move your tv to the wall with the room beside the stairs. If you want a partition, add some nice wood elements as accent. Remove the small wall by the stairs, move your washbasin into your toilet.....extend your toilet to underneath the stairs. I assume u using brick n concrete for the build. Now you got more living space n toilet space.

Hi Padmaja, im pooja talwar, for maximum utilization of space u need to break in balconies if u have one and get french windows right till ground level. so you can have a lovely dining area there or low ground sitting area where u can get outside view and spacious look too. doors which open inwards or outwards can be split into 2 so the door flaps become smaller . use mirrors huge ones carved ones on walls to reflect a larger room. also u will have to place furniture which is smaller in size . shoe racks , and cabinets can be made tall instead of having it on ground .... place on the wall hanging shelves , tall cabinets , and storage cabinets. tv can be placed on wall done up with wooden pannel. have storage up on ceiling edges rather than any where down. hope these lil suggestions help you

Thanks for your response and putting a stamp to what we thought. yeah thats the whole idea. We want to merge the utility with kitchen by removing the wall on the right of the utility door and also remove the door. We will keep the sink in the utility behind the wall on the left of the door. This will conceal the sink area from drawing room. Do you think its a good idea and will make the whole look of the house grandeur. We have also removed the wash basin from dining area and planning to remove the small extension wall between kitchen and wash basin in dining area. This will make the drawing room look bigger and more natural light coming into the kitchen from balcony side.

You have to finalize 2d layout and elevation drawings and then the 3d presentation is done.
