Hello, For chimney, You can do a simple agarbatti smoke test and see how the smoke moves and find the answer yourself that how will your smoke move out or in the kitchen. You can also use Exaust fan instead of chimney cause of window. For kitchen utility, You can try this.. see the reference image. In 'A' you will get more storage capacity. And in 'B' you will get a more space and basic storage capacity. You can make a breakfast counter by adding 450mm to the main platform. You can also try to move your window to the other wall.
