We are in the process of renovating this bedroom(refer photo attached). kindly suggest how to place the bed with that off-centre window behind it.. kindly suggest some good colour scheme too as we are bored up with that green wall ..
Hi, firstly I would suggest modifying the bed height with the headrest so the the entire window behind gives full light. A low bed would do the trick and also enhance the volume of the space. A large painting or a coloured mirror back wall would give a change to the existing green wall. Another option could be having a light coloured floral wallpaper with a single floating shelf for display could be thought about too.
If you are ok with one side of the bed against the wall you could push it to the left which would free up your window. You could have a head side table with a slit so that the wires attached to the socket underneath could be used on that table. Since the green wall looks good to me, I'm assuming your wish to change from includes all painted walls. I would suggest an exposed brick wall. Since the original is not possible, you could go with rectangular terracotta tiles which emulate bricks.
