OK... but the wire wont be lower as it is fixed now. The wire in the pics below is the wall facing each other. They were leveled on equal height but the beam on one wall makes it seem a little above. But i think you guys are absolutely right that up and down lights wont look good there. I think you are right about down lights lessismoore. Would it look good if i go with two different lights on opposite walls??? it would look odd right.

Thanku so much ..I too love the view n the natural light coming ..the bed appears to be big bcs of the headboard n its not yet placed well .. lil bit adjusting is left .. Can u help me with curtain colors? Or should I go for blinds?? How shud add vibrance?

I have some suggestions if you are thinking budget friendly changes. Make a photo gallery with different size frames and arrange them parallel to the stairs, so you can enjoy each photo as you climb up. And for the area that will be on a level with your upper floor, try some pretty decal that will connect the photo gallery to upper level. And last, if you have budget add some beautiful hanging lights in the stairwell. Also think about repositioning your refrigerator.

you can go for the light colours if you have well ventilation system ( kitchen chimney). or if you don't have, go for the dark shades , it will help to maintain easier, i will suggest you can go for the bi colored shades like gray , jet black or dark brown and chocolate , HOWEVER its your home and you are the boss. choose whatever you want, coz its LOVE which makes your house a HOME.
